The single most revered performance measurement of athletic ability is officially the vertical jump—from the NFL combine, to bragging rights on the court. Elite level is 40+ inches...but the average athlete has less than 25 inches! To make it even worse, most athletes won't improve their vertical more than 3 inches...in their entire career!
This means there's a gap between what you, as an average athlete, must gain and what you will gain if you don't demand more from yourself and your training than other athletes do...

Hi, this is Matt Stockert... I'm the creator of the 3-phase Athletic Advantage Complete Vertical Jump System (which I'll tell you about in a minute). I'm also a former Div. My standing vertical blew up...by 44%! From under 25 inches to just over 36! My running vertical launched skyward to over 40 inches! I gained 15 pounds of rock solid muscle and cut my 40 yard dash from 4.96s to 4.65s (auto)...an improvement of more than 3/10ths of a second!
